Guesthouse has a few wide terraces and balcony covered grapevines where guests can enjoy in a quiet, cozy atmosphere and make your stay as pleasant as possible.There is no curfew.
We offer spacious,comfortable and clean rooms and you can choose between three types of accommodation:
- two private standard double bedrooms shared bathroom with balcony or terrace.
- two private standard triple bedrooms shared bathroom with balcony.
- an apartment (four persons) of two double bedrooms with equipped kitchen,bathroom ensuite and large private terrace overlooking on the garden in front.

If you are looking handy location to explore Old town and most important sights around Dubrovnik this family run Guesthouse is perfect place for you.Excellently located right in the heart of city the property is really handy for hopping on foot to Old town,bus station and harbour.Practically no traffic rush,no wasting time about public transfer.
However next to Guesthouse is bus stop for Old town and city environs what takes just three minutes bus ride.
In our vicinity just two minutes away is Dubrovnik center and really offers everything what one city center has as plenty shops,supermarket,tourists services,ATM-s,restaurants and coffee bars,internet clubs,disco etc.

Owners are very welcoming and friendly. Rooms are clean and comfortable,we enjoyed the location a bit away from the tourist center. Only downside for us - no air conditioning

I really enjoyed my stay at the anka rooms. they were clean, comfortable and the view was terrific. The people who owned the rooms were very friendly and welcoming with lots of usefull information given on arrival. The downsides were there are hundreds of steps up to the rooms so not good for children or elderly people. Also quite away from the city and any resturants of quality.It is at least half an hou walk to the town and on return you have those steps to negotiate. The rooms did represent good value for money. thankyou
