Our family house is located near the port of Gruz and it is surrounded by colorful flowers and rich vegetation. This quiet and peaceful area will enable you to fully relax, while enjoying nice views of the Gruz port and Lapad peninsula.

The Old Town, the center of all happenings, can be reached with a pleasant 20-25 minutes walk or by regular public buses. A bank, post office, supermarket, main bus terminal and other services you might need are all located in Gruz and can be reached by foot. Secure parking is possible in front of our house. Our warm hospitality will enable you to spend memorable holidays in Dubrovnik and Rooms Vulicevic. Our guests could be picked up from the ferry port and from the main bus station free of charge. A very enjoyable place to rest your head at a reasonable cost when visiting lovely Dubrovnik. Close to the ferry and bus terminals which makes for an easy place to get too and from.

The hospitality was fantastic and we were made to feel very welcome. Views and location were amazing. Our 3 year old daughter cried when it was time to leave!

very clean, bathroom not ensuite but across the corridor and not what i expected. 128 steps up from the road, for asmatics, really hard. view over harbour as seen on line omits to say there's house across the road blocking the whole view, so partial view only. good for a few days but not more, male of couple has wandering eyes, is nosey and gave me the creeps. also argued about transfers, refusing to take me back to the airport and was too interested in money. wouldn't recommend it to females!!!!!!!

Fantastic accommodation. Lovely, clean and light filled room with own bathroom. Great view from the balcony and the couple who own it are extremely welcoming. Highly recommended! (Good price also)
