Our family house is located near the port of Gruz and it is surrounded by colorful flowers and rich vegetation. This quiet and peaceful area will enable you to fully relax, while enjoying nice views of the Gruz port and Lapad peninsula.

The Old Town, the center of all happenings, can be reached with a pleasant 20-25 minutes walk or by regular public buses. A bank, post office, supermarket, main bus terminal and other services you might need are all located in Gruz and can be reached by foot. Secure parking is possible in front of our house. Our warm hospitality will enable you to spend memorable holidays in Dubrovnik and Rooms Vulicevic. Our guests could be picked up from the ferry port and from the main bus station free of charge.
