Everything is close from the house and so popular beaches ( rocky, pebbles, sand ) around peninsula is near.Ten minutes by foot in the beautiful pine forest Marjan is the first beach of pebble stones.The popular beach Bacvice is about 25 min. by foot from apartment.
Owner also rents a bikes so you can easily reach any of beaches ( nice paths around).
The apartment has 3 rooms (3 double and 3 single beds + 2 auxiliary ), 2 bathrooms with showers, kitchen and dining room at the ground floor of the house.The apartment has 80 m2 and 150 m2 of garden with court. Owner rents a house as a big apartments or divide it as 3 rooms.In this case one room has own bathroom and other two share bathroom.Kitchen ( include fridge, oven, plates...) and dining room is for common use. House( ground floor ) is only for guests .Owner may organizes one day trip to Omis ( 25 km from Split ) which include rafting on the river Cetina. It is very interesting and funny. Only transport from the airport to the house and reverse direction includes charge.Owners speak English, Italian and German.
